it was a very nice time staying at this fancy hotel. overall the staff was attentive. had brand-new king room with balconies and comfortable bedding, as example. location : the property was so close to the center, downtown, the cathedral.

Courteous staff and extremely spacious rooms, we had a VERY LOVELY experience. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like La Posada del Virrey that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Elegant lobby. Besides, it had strong internet, handy to surf the net.

Excellent location and decent rates. The hotel was set only a short distance to Plaza del Carmen. Taste the food in la oruga y la cebada, you only need to walk 800 feet to reach it;)))
